Activites

We have an extensive woodworking and metal work area where members can build, fabricate and repair personal project items. We also manufacture/repair items that have been commissioned by customers (we do not compete with our local trades). The shed has a large spray booth which allows for professionally finished projects. 

There is a large stock of many types of timber available for all types of projects. We have a CNC Router plus a Laser Machine for specialised timber engraving and shaping etc. 

 
There is a large variety of specialised machinery and equipment in the woodworking area such as thicknessers, table and panel saws, jointer/planer, lathes, sanders, router table and a vast variety of hand, air and power tools. 

The metal workshop consists of welders, lathes, mills, guillotine, pan brake folder, cut-off saws and other specialised tools.

We have active card players of Cribbage, 500 and Euchre. They gather weekly in the amenities area and new players are always welcome.
